Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and not damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, return shipping is free. If you return an item for reasons other than an error on the part of chibimart, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Note:

  • If the consumer initiates the return, the shipping cost is the consumer’s responsibility. These costs depend on the courier service you select.

  • If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to reasons attributable to us, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

  • Digital products

If the consumer initiates cancellation before the order is shipped and within the cancellation window specified by chibimart, both parties may cancel the order.
