What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

  • PayPal: chibimart primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

  • Secure Credit Card Payment: We also accept payments by Credit Card using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

In which currency will I be charged?

All our transactions are based on EUR. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding rate based on the website you are using.

Do you offer payment in 3 or 4 installments?

We accept payments in 3 installments.

How can I change/modify my order?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving a confirmation email, please contact our Support Center.

Please note that we can assist you in modifying your order before it is shipped.

Once your package has been shipped, no further changes can be made.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your order, you may have entered your email incorrectly when placing the order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to check your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
