General Questions

What is the status of my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track the status of your order.

Can I modify my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
Once your order status is “Preparing for Shipment,” “Shipped,” or “Out for Delivery,” we cannot accept any modifications to your order.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following main payment methods:

  • PayPal: chibimart primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

  • Secure Credit Card Payment: We also accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

In which currency will I be charged?
All transactions are based in EUR. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding exchange rate based on the website you are using.

Do you offer installment payments (3 or 4 times)?
We accept payments in 3 installments.


Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. We accept PayPal and credit card payments.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you place your order, processing usually takes 3 to 7 days.
Shipping time depends on the delivery method you have chosen.

How can I track my package?
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track the status of your order.

What if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be attempted the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on your country and the delivery method you chose.
You may also need to visit your local post office to collect your package if it cannot be delivered to you.


Returns

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be purchased from our online store.

  • The item must not have been used in any way.

  • The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges, which follow the same conditions as returns.
To request an exchange, please indicate that you want your item exchanged for another item when preparing your return with our support team.

Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Address. Once you receive the address, securely place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, return shipping may be free. If you return an item for reasons not caused by chibimart, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, your refund, exchange, or credit will be processed within 14 days of acceptance by our team.
